Cozy Secluded Cabin w/Hot Tub, Arcade & Fire Place

Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book. Property Use: The property is fully furnished and must be used in a legal, safe, clean, and respectful manner without causing any damage to the property or its furnishings. Guests are expected to take good care of the home and leave it in the same condition as upon check-in. Failure to comply may result in the non-return of the security deposit and additional charges. Maximum Occupancy: The property allows a maximum of 5 guests. Additional charges of $35 per person per night may be assessed if more than 5 people are found occupying the unit without prior written permission. Exceeding the maximum occupancy without permission may result in the termination of the contract and guests being asked to leave without a refund. Term of the Lease: The rental period begins at 4 pm on the reservation date and ends at 10 am on the check-out date. The property is to be used for short-term visit purposes only and may not be used as a permanent residence. No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking or the use of drugs of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the cabin or on the property. Fireworks are also not allowed due to the wooded area. No Parties: Parties and gatherings of any kind are not allowed. The property is for registered guests only, and guests are expected to respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Please drive slowly on the road leading to the property. Repairs & Damages: The owner will deliver the property to guests in a clean and working order. Guests must report any defects or damages, and the owner will repair them in a reasonable timeframe. Guests are liable for any damages caused and may be charged up to $250 for damage fees. Failure to comply may result in the non-return of the security deposit and additional charges. Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy described on the booking platform will be enforced. Travel Insurance: Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover any cancellations or unforeseen circumstances. Hot Tub Safety: Guests accept all liability for using the hot tub and understand that the owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or death resulting from its proper or improper use. Supervision and safety of children are the responsibility of the guests or parents/caretakers. Guests must keep the hot tub closed and cover locked when not in use. Valuables and Belongings: The owners are not responsible for the loss of guests' valuables and personal belongings. Plumbing: The property operates on a septic system. Guests must only flush toilet paper, and no feminine products should be flushed. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by improper flushing. Weather/Natural Disasters: No refunds will be given for inclement weather or natural disasters. Guests are advised to plan accordingly and consider travel insurance. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping service is not included. While linens and bath towels are provided, there is no daily maid service. Guests are not permitted to remove towels, linens, or any other items from the unit.

Guests will have private access to the entire cabin. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in with an electronic keypad lock; your unique door code will be provided 24 hours before your arrival. Ample parking for two large cars is available directly in front of the cabin. Please be mindful of the shared gravel driveway and your neighbor's designated parking area.
